Sham and the team have been an excellent help in assisting us in establishing ourselves in the security industry even more with our ACS Accreditation and our ISO 9001. We couldn’t have achieved our ACS and ISO 9001 without DC Group. Nothing is ever too much trouble for DC Group. Very professional and 1st class service. Even the auditor complimented the same about Sham.
We definitely recommend to anyone them to anyone who needs the service and I’m sure they will not be disappointed.

Thanks DC Group.

Good customer service and understanding of our requirements, Sham, and his team always available on the phone if we had any question or issues. – On vetting and screening services

We have been using the services of DC Group to help us with our SafeContractor certification, we are very satisfied, and the services delivery was Excellent, Sham and his team never let us down.

Thank you for all your help and support during the process of achieving ISO 9001 certification. Because of your advice and tips all the processes went smoothly and with less stress than it could have been. We will definitely recommend your company to everyone looking for that certification.

I would like to again thank you for the effort that you and your team have put in to assisting me with getting the company ready for assessment and also attaining such a high score for the first audit.

Without the hard work and constant phone calls and emails reminding me to do things it wouldn’t have been done within the time frame that we had to work to, and also having to deal with one or two difficult members of staff.

This service is very valuable to us. The team at DC Group has always shown us the true meaning of what it means to provide a service that is beyond what any amount of money can buy. They go the extra mile to ensure every part of our business is airtight from HR management, staff training and social media platforms’ management.

We could not be any more satisfied with the services we have received or the money we are paying for this.

I have already recommended the services of DC Group to many of connections within the security industry and will gladly continue to do so.

Thank you to the team at DC Group.

We really benefited from Darwish Consultancy group consultants personalised approach to our company. They worked with us on some difficult decisions, helping us to achieve our accreditation, their consultant have advised us on how to grow and develop my business and safe casts where required.

Thanks for your help in passing another year of ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

I find your system very easy to understand and work with. The latest improvements i.e starting to transfer the forms onto an online portal and allow paperless access is a great help and makes the process of completing the forms a lot more efficient.

Myself and staff would like to applaud your team for their hard work over the last few months in achieving our ACS and ISO9001 Certifications.

Myself and Geraint just want to say a massive thank you for all the hard work you have put in for us over the past couple of months.

Extremely professional service and DC Group dealt with all the hard work whilst also helping staff with any concerns to complete.
